Laguna Hills, California – Holman Capital Corporation is pleased to announce that Kevin Russell has joined the company as a Vice President in our Public Sector Finance Group. Mr. Russell will provide executive leadership for our strategic partnership with a national purchasing cooperative which has over 4600 municipal governments in its membership ranks. Mr. Russell will provide equipment, facility, infrastructure, and energy financing solutions to the member governments of the purchasing cooperative and directly to municipalities nationwide.
Mr. Russell has delivered investment management and consulting services to clients in the commercial real estate, technology, and government sectors for over thirty years. Mr. Russell has held management roles with Price Waterhouse, KPMG, and IBM to advise clients domestically and internationally on business strategy, transformational technologies, and investment management to improve their productivity, return on capital and most importantly the client experience. Additionally, Mr. Russell has held executive leadership roles in commercial real estate with Marcus & Millichap, NAI Capital, and Jones Lang LaSalle.
Mr. Russell earned an M.B.A. from The University of Texas, Austin with a focus on Finance and Strategic Planning. He also graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration from Cal State Northridge with a focus on finance and quantitative analysis. Mr. Russell is a Certified Commercial Investment (CCIM) real estate professional.
Mr. Russell believes in investing back into the community and mentors disadvantaged urban youth on the importance of integrity, education, and leadership to provide a roadmap to success and repay society by giving back.
