Lance S. Holman manages the mission, strategic direction, and operational planning for Holman Capital Corporation. He has nearly 25 years of corporate and public sector finance experience in product development, capital deployment, and institutional investments.
He has worked for SunTrust Equipment Finance & Leasing Corp. and Chase Equipment Finance originating and structuring tax-exempt lease and debt obligations for public agencies. He has extensive experience financing capital equipment, aircraft, real property, technology, infrastructure, and building efficiency transactions with a broad range of borrowers and investors. Before that, Mr. Holman held management positions with Ford Motor Credit in global product strategy and US Bank in institutional investments.
As Vice President of the Public Sector Finance Group, Ariana Busby is responsible for providing innovative debt financing solutions to fund the equipment, infrastructure, facility, and energy needs of state and local governments, educational institutions, water agencies, and health systems. Ms. Busby will manage our business development and client management activities in the Rocky Mountain Region, which includes Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, Utah, Kansas, Montana, Oklahoma, and Wyoming.
Ms. Busby was admitted into the Colorado Bar in 2019. She is the founder and managing partner of Busby Law Group, PLLC in Denver, CO. Her firm focuses on public entity, administrative and regulatory law, civil litigation, healthcare medical malpractice, election and campaign finance, business law, and risk management. Previously, Ms. Busby practiced law at Hall & Evans, LLC in Denver, CO and focused in the same areas of law. Additionally, Ms. Busby is an adjunct professor at the Community College of Denver and teaches courses on the legal and ethical issues in the healthcare sector.
Ms. Busby served as Chief of Staff for the President of the Colorado State Senate after quickly ascending from Policy Intern, Policy Analyst, and Policy Director. Ms. Busby policy expertise includes construction defects, education, healthcare, insurance, business, marijuana, natural resources, and public finance. Ms. Busby participates in numerous professional associations including the American, Denver, and Colorado Bar Associations, Colorado Women’s Bar Association, Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce, and is a Leadership Network Member of the American Enterprise Institute.
Ms. Busby earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Policy and Government with a minor in law studies at the University of Colorado, Denver. She graduated from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law as a member of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society and with an Environmental & Natural Resources law certificate. Ms. Busby will complete her M.B.A. at the University of Denver in December 2023.
Ms. Busby has called the Rocky Mountain Region home her whole life, born in Montana and growing up in rural Douglas County, Colorado. She has deep family roots in the Rocky Mountain region and is passionate about serving the communities she and her family have resided in for generations.
Ms. Taubman has over 20 years of experience in consumer goods, insurance, and financial services. Jane is the Vice President, Sales Administration of Holman Capital Corporation. Ms. Taubman manages customer engagement, marketing, and contract management functions for the firm.
Previously, Ms. Taubman spent five years working for Allstate Insurance in business development to educate policyholders on their insurance needs. Ms. Taubman spent twelve years at Bed Bath and Beyond as a Senior Buyer.
Her broad experience in project finance and insurance delivers innovative financing solutions to meet the needs of sophisticated public sector clients.
Ms. Taubman graduated with a B.S. in Business Marketing at Indiana University, Bloomington. She presently resides in Orange County, California.
Mr. Lott is a Capital Markets Analyst and provides credit administration, financial modeling, interest rate analysis, and loan documentation services to enhance the client experience. Prior to joining Holman Capital Corporation, Mr. Lott previously served as a Senior Associate for The Affordable Housing Group.
Mr. Lott has over a decade of real estate experience as a licensed agent and investor acquiring, upgrading, and remarketing properties to homebuyers in select US markets.
Mr. Lott graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a B.A. in 2012. He is currently completing his MBA with the University of California Irvine - The Paul Merage School of Business and expected to graduate in May 2023. Mr. Lott resides in Anaheim, CA.

His career commenced in 1990, where he expeditiously built a multi-million dollar book of business as a Sales Representative for Merck & Company, in St. Louis, Missouri. While at Merck, his responsibilities included the marketing and sales of various specialized pharmaceutical products, to Cardiologists, Internal Medicine Specialists, Urologists and Gastroenterologists. Mr. Saunders assisted in the launch of several new blockbuster products, including Vasotec I.V., Prilosec, Noroxin, Mevacor, Zocor and Proscar. Additionally, he sat on the President’s Sales Council, where he continually provided new and innovative sales ideas and marketing schemes.
In 1992, Mr. Saunders accepted the position of Marketing Specialist with St. Jude Medical, where he was accountable for the design and implementation of a launch plan for several new cardiac rhythm products, while also managing the daily operations of his multi-million dollar business, including service, educational training and expense management. Efficacious in this role, he was promoted to Sales Representative of Greater Los Angeles the following year.
In 1998, Mr. Saunders was recruited by Medtronic USA, Inc. as a Cardiac Pacing Representative covering Denver, Colorado. In this role, he successfully launched a dual-brand sales and marketing strategy, which enabled him to gain market share and growth, by intensely focusing on key accounts. In addition to these duties, Mr. Saunders was responsible for effectively managing all daily operations in his market, including customer service, educational training and support.
In 2001, Medtronic USA Inc. promoted Mr. Saunders to District Sales Manager with the responsibility of leading and managing a portfolio of Cardiac Rhythm Medical Devices, supervising a team of 30+ direct reports, generating millions in revenue, a role which has and continues to earn him various awards and accolades.

Chris previously served as executive vice president for Starbucks retail licensed stores across the U.S. and Americas. He was responsible for the strategic planning, annual operations, market planning and profitability for the region’s approximately 6,200 licensed stores, which generated annual system-wide sales in excess of $3 billion. Chris also served in several senior executive retail operations positions for both Starbucks company-operated and licensed stores where he played a critical role on the Americas leadership team with developing and bringing the company’s transformation agenda to life. The turnaround of the company’s performance led to all-time highs in partner (employee) engagement, customer satisfaction and shareholder value.
Prior to joining Starbucks, Chris spent the majority of his career with Exxon Mobil, developing, leading and implementing retail operational strategies for its Global Fuels Marketing downstream businesses.
Chris holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of San Diego, and a MBA from the New York Institute of Technology. Chris grew up in Los Angeles, California and resides in Bellevue, Washington with his wife Jacquelyn, their two teenage children and their labradoodle Dallas. Chris is a Starbucks Coffee Master whose typical Starbucks beverage is a cup of coffee consisting of Latin America blends.
