Holman to meet the diverse borrowing needs of federal, state & local governments, universities, and health systems nationwide and the equally diverse investment needs of institutional investors globally. Lance S. Holman manages the mission, strategic direction, and operational planning for Holman Capital Corporation. He has nearly 25 years of corporate and public sector finance experience in product development, capital deployment, and institutional investments.

He has worked for SunTrust Equipment Finance & Leasing Corp. and Chase Equipment Finance originating and structuring tax-exempt lease and debt obligations for public agencies. He has extensive experience financing capital equipment, aircraft, real property, technology, infrastructure, and building efficiency transactions with a broad range of borrowers and investors. Before that, Mr. Holman held management positions with Ford Motor Credit in global product strategy and US Bank in institutional investments.

Charles C. Greene, MD, PhD is board certified in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery and is founder and president of Jacksonville ENT Surgery in Jacksonville Florida.

Dr. Greene received his undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Irvine where he concomitantly performed research in the laboratory of Dr. James L. McGaugh (founding Executive Vice Chancellor of the University and Chairman of the Center for the Neurobiology of Learning and Memory) and received numerous honors including the award for “Outstanding and Meritorious Service to the Community and Achievement in Academic Excellence”.

Dr. Greene then trained at the University of Washington Medical Center, Seattle where he was admitted into the very competitive Medical Scientist Training Program and simultaneously earned his MD and a PhD in Physiology and Biophysics with emphasis in Neurophysiology. At the University of Washington, Dr. Greene received multiple accolades including the “Leadership and Service Award”, “Special Recognition for Dedication and Service for Working with The Medically Underserved Award” and the first “Graduate/Professional Student Award for Distinguished Academic Work.

He performed his internship in General Surgery and residency training in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor where his accomplishments included the discovery of DFNA25, a Novel Locus for Dominant Nonsyndromic Hereditary Hearing Impairment (American J. Human Genetics). He also received the prestigious Walter Work Society Award for Outstanding Research and the Paparella Otologic Research Award from the University of Michigan.

During his undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate years, Dr. Greene was a frequent lecturer at numerous national and international scientific meetings.

In addition to managing his thriving medical practice, Dr. Greene has served as the Director of Health Policy Studies at the Florida Center for Public Policy and Leadership at the University of North Florida and is a Board Member for the Northeast Florida Research Institute.

Dr. Greene is considered a thought leader in the medical and pharmaceutical communities, lectures locally and nationally on various medical topics, and is involved in multiple philanthropic activities.

Doneene Keemer Damon, is a director and partner with Richard’s Layton & Finger P.A. in Wilmington, DE. Ms. Damon’s practice focuses on the formation and operational issues related to Delaware statutory trusts in all types of commercial and business transactions, including securitizations, structured finance, investment funds, real estate financings, and trust preferred securities transactions. Ms. Damon also represents banks and trust companies in connection with their trust and agency services in various commercial transactions.

A frequent speaker on the advantages of using Delaware statutory trusts in financing and CDO transactions, Ms. Damon also co-authored chapter 9, “The Role of the Trustee in Leasing Transactions,” in the PLI Equipment Leasing–Leveraged Leasing and “Advantages and Uses of Delaware Statutory Trusts and Limited Liability Companies as Bankruptcy Remote Entities,” published by Bloomberg. Ms. Damon also authored “The Alphabet Soup of the Federal Crisis Programs,” published in Bloomberg Law Reports.

Ms. Damon is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association and the American Bar Association Section of Business Law, where she sits on the Executive Committee and Council, respectively. She co-chairs the Committee on Corporate Director Diversity for the Business Law Section and is active in numerous other committees in both organizations, focusing on banking, structured finance, secured transactions, and statutory and business trusts. In addition, she is a member of the American Securitization Forum’s Reg AB Committee, Outside Counsel Sub-Forum, and Communication and Education Committee.

Ms. Damon is a committed advocate for diversity in both the legal profession and the larger community. She chairs Richards, Layton & Finger’s Diversity Committee and is the firm’s representative on the U.S. Law Firm Group Committee on Racial and Ethnic Diversity. In addition, she is a member of the Diversity Committee of the Business Law Section and the Multicultural Judges and Lawyers Section of the Delaware State Bar. Ms. Damon is also active in the placement of women and minorities on boards of directors, serving on the national Development Committee for the DirectWomen Initiative and the Trustees of Color Planning Committee in Delaware.

Extending her outreach into the community, Ms. Damon serves on the boards of the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law, Christiana Care Health System and Health Services, Meals on Wheels Delaware, Inc., Wilmington Friends School, the Delaware Lawyer, and the Delaware Art Museum.

Ms. Damon has been recognized by the International Women’s Review Board for Excellence in Law and the Continental Who’s Who for her legal skills. She graduated cum laude with a BS from St. Joseph’s University, and she received a JD, cum laude, from Temple University School of Law.

Ms. Damon serves as the Legal Advisor to the Board of Directors of Holman Capital Corporation and provides advice to Board Members on various legal and regulatory matters. Ms. Damon is a non-voting advisor to the Board.

Mr. Gwaltney spent 35 years in numerous Senior Level Executive positions within Ford Motor Company in the Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance areas.

He is an Executive Leader with Operational and Strategic Experience at all levels and across all functions in one of the top 10 corporations in the world. He has a proven track record leading Marketing, Sales, Financial Subsidiaries, and Operating Divisions. During his Fast-track 35 year career, he successfully managed the Lincoln and Mercury Divisions, served as Chief of Staff for Marketing, Sales and Service for Ford Motor Company globally, and oversaw multibillion-dollar operating budgets, to lead teams through transformational change and subsequent growth.

He has used his natural talent for selecting the right people, building teams and motivating and empowering managers, to achieve exceptional results. He has expert relationship building skills, team building skills and networking skills with the proven ability to develop strategic partnerships and communicate effectively.

After his 2006 retirement from his Senior Executive level position at Ford Motor Company, he founded “J Gwaltney & Associates” which consults on Automotive Industry and General Business issues to Investment Groups and Private Equity Firms as well as providing independent evaluations of potential investment opportunities.

As a consequence of his community, philanthropic and educational support, he was awarded an Honorary Doctors Degree by North Carolina A & T State University.

Mr. Gwaltney has also written a book on Leadership Development entitled The 20 Immutable Laws of Leadership………violate them at your own risk.

Christopher A. Gantz is a Senior Investment Analyst at AMG National Trust Bank, based in Denver Colorado. He joined AMG National Trust Bank in 2007. He is an integral member of the Investment group that is responsible for implementing and executing the firm’s Investment Research, Portfolio Management, Portfolio Trading and Proprietary Technology development, integration and deployment.

Mr. Gantz utilizes his vast mathematical and computer engineering expertise to enhance the quantitative elements that drive AMG’s investment manager selection, due diligence process and the stock selection process for the AMG Portfolio Strategies. Mr. Saunders has over 20 years combined marketing, sales and sales management experience, germinating business for large, multinational medical device and pharmaceutical corporations.

His career commenced in 1990, where he expeditiously built a multi-million dollar book of business as a Sales Representative for Merck & Company, in St. Louis, Missouri. While at Merck, his responsibilities included the marketing and sales of various specialized pharmaceutical products, to Cardiologists, Internal Medicine Specialists, Urologists and Gastroenterologists. Mr. Saunders assisted in the launch of several new blockbuster products, including Vasotec I.V., Prilosec, Noroxin, Mevacor, Zocor and Proscar. Additionally, he sat on the President’s Sales Council, where he continually provided new and innovative sales ideas and marketing schemes.

In 1992, Mr. Saunders accepted the position of Marketing Specialist with St. Jude Medical, where he was accountable for the design and implementation of a launch plan for several new cardiac rhythm products, while also managing the daily operations of his multi-million dollar business, including service, educational training and expense management. Efficacious in this role, he was promoted to Sales Representative of Greater Los Angeles the following year.

In 1998, Mr. Saunders was recruited by Medtronic USA, Inc. as a Cardiac Pacing Representative covering Denver, Colorado. In this role, he successfully launched a dual-brand sales and marketing strategy, which enabled him to gain market share and growth, by intensely focusing on key accounts. In addition to these duties, Mr. Saunders was responsible for effectively managing all daily operations in his market, including customer service, educational training and support.

In 2001, Medtronic USA Inc. promoted Mr. Saunders to District Sales Manager with the responsibility of leading and managing a portfolio of Cardiac Rhythm Medical Devices, supervising a team of 30+ direct reports, generating millions in revenue, a role which has and continues to earn him various awards and accolades.

In addition to his business endeavors, Mr. Saunders is a member of several professional organizations including: The Heart Rhythm Society, The Association of Black Cardiologists, The United States Golf Association and Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity. He has also served on the Board of The Children’s Center for Autism.

Mr. Saunders holds a B.S. in Biology from the University of Missouri and an M.B.A. from the University of Colorado.

Chris Carr is the executive vice president, chief procurement officer for Starbucks. Chris is responsible for enhancing the enterprise-wide functional strategic sourcing and supplier relationship capability, including the global sourcing processes, sourcing talent management program and building a uniform approach toward suppliers across all categories of spend. He is also accountable for shaping Starbucks global supplier base into an integrated eco-system that is accretive to the company’s values and generates customer-insight driven innovation.

Chris previously served as executive vice president for Starbucks retail licensed stores across the U.S. and Americas. He was responsible for the strategic planning, annual operations, market planning and profitability for the region’s approximately 6,200 licensed stores, which generated annual system-wide sales in excess of $3 billion. Chris also served in several senior executive retail operations positions for both Starbucks company-operated and licensed stores where he played a critical role on the Americas leadership team with developing and bringing the company’s transformation agenda to life. The turnaround of the company’s performance led to all-time highs in partner (employee) engagement, customer satisfaction and shareholder value.

Prior to joining Starbucks, Chris spent the majority of his career with Exxon Mobil, developing, leading and implementing retail operational strategies for its Global Fuels Marketing downstream businesses.

Chris holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of San Diego, and a MBA from the New York Institute of Technology. He serves on the board of REI, is a member of the Institute of Prostate Cancer Council Research and an active member of the University of San Diego Emerging Leaders Council.

Chris grew up in Los Angeles, California and resides in Bellevue, Washington with his wife Jacquelyn, their two teenage children and their labradoodle Dallas. Chris is a Starbucks Coffee Master whose typical Starbucks beverage is a cup of coffee consisting of Latin America blends.
Chris served on the Holman Capital Corporation Board from 2009 – 2016. He is currently a special advisor to the company.
