In 2011, Holman Capital Corporation welcomed Christine Berdine as its Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary. Her high-level expertise in taxation comes from over three decades of valuable accounting and financial management experience. After working for such companies as The Mission Viejo Company, various government and defense manufacturers, and reputable CPA firms, Christine started her own accounting firm – C.B. Tax and Accounting. Christine has since operated C.B. Tax and Accounting in Orange County, California for the past 27 years. As owner and Licensed Enrolled Agent, she can practice and exercise her tax expertise in 52 states.
She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from California State Polytechnic University. Christine continues her education of the evolving State and Federal tax laws, attending annual tax-related courses and conferences. She currently resides in Mission Viejo, working from her primary office in Laguna Hills, CA.
