Laguna Hills, California – Holman Capital Corporation is pleased to announce the promotion of James Lott II to Director, Public Sector Finance Group at the company. James will work out of our Orange County, CA office.
Mr. Lott previously served as a Capital Market Analyst at Holman Capital Corporation and has been with the company since January 2023.
Mr. Lott is experienced in real estate development, credit administration, financial modeling, contract negotiations, and client management.
Mr. Lott is responsible for originating taxable, tax-credit, and tax-exempt financings to fund the equipment, infrastructure, real property, and energy needs of municipal governments, fire districts, educational institutions, water agencies, and health systems in California.
Mr. Lott graduated from California State University with a B.S. in Political Science and the University of California Irvine, Paul Merage School of Business with an MBA.
