Frank J. Gill IV

Vice President

As Vice President, Frank Gill is responsible for nurturing, managing and developing the needs of federal, state, local governments and 501 (C) (3) not-for-profits in the West Coast. Prior to joining Holman Capital Corporation, Frank worked for California First National Bancorp in their Vendor Finance Group, where he was responsible for creating value added partnerships with Fortune 1000 companies nationwide to fund Renewable Energy, Technology, and Infrastructure projects. Frank began his career working for a Public Finance Group where he originated and structured tax-exempt leases and debt obligations for public agencies.

Frank has a vast experience financing capital equipment, infrastructure, technology, and building efficiency transactions with a broad range of borrowers and investors. He earned his undergraduate degree from Brown University and went on to earn his MBA in Finance & Entrepreneurship at University of California, Irvine in 2011. He currently resides in Laguna Beach, CA and will work out of the Rancho Santa Margarita, CA headquarters.
